Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is Andresso Tron, and I want to welcome you back to another episode of Cinco Minutes. About minutes ago, I had a double espresso. Now I feel fabulous. Fantastic. And as I journaled, I came up with something, and I stopped in the middle of my journal. I stopped because it's fired up. And it's on the theme of the week where you know your words must align with your actions, and you know, you have to learn to love yourself and all this. But I came up with a line that I really like. As humans, as social beings, we love to love people, but we cannot forget to love ourselves. We love to love people, but we cannot forget to love ourselves. So that's the theme of today. And I can't do that, and I can't tell you guys if I don't practice that myself. And so today, I want to let you guys know that I love myself, that I'm starting to really grow in the practice of having to love myself, wanting to love myself, and needing to love myself. Because it's the only way. I was reflecting on the bad things I've done. But today I feel inspired to just say, Hey, it already happened. How do you grow from here? And I can only do that with compassion, with grace, and with a lot of self-love. I made my nephews even say good morning to the sun today. So it starts with gratitude. It does, it always starts with gratitude. But I think another thing to mention is to actually love yourself, be loving to others, and then you'll see, ah, I just did something loving for somebody else. That makes me feel good. We are social beings, we have to do these things, and as a result, you start loving yourself. But again, we love to love other people, but we need to learn to love ourselves first. So it's it's a double-edged sword because you can't half-ass the love you give to other people, you cannot half-ass it. So, are you ready to love? Maybe, maybe not, but you have to start with yourself. It starts with waking up in the morning with gratitude, saying, Man, another day, another beautiful blessing, another life, another moment, another opportunity. And then you go on with just saying simply, hey, I love you, man. You're all I got. And it starts with you saying in the mirror, maybe 10 deep breaths. Maybe you do your Chinese meditation like I do, some jumps, some twists, some arm swings, um, some more jumps again. I do some lateral lunges where you're mobile. It's it's good, it's good, it's good stuff. And then you say good morning to the sun, your deep breaths again. Don't forget to breathe. And I just I'm fired up today, as you can tell. The double espresso did me really well, but I'm also like finding a new light, and I'll tell you this: most of it is because I'm just sober now. Like, I don't I don't drink, I don't go out, none of this. I'm just reading, journaling, and really tuning into what my needs are in terms of who I want to be. Because at 30 years old, I realized I don't know shit. I don't, and that's okay, it's a scary feeling, but it's also the most humbling and beautiful feeling. But it starts with me loving myself, it starts with me feeling the integrity of who I want to be, and therefore, like my last podcast before the one with my sister is aligning your world with the action, and you're gonna fail because it's hard, it's hard to be a good dude, it's hard to be a good woman. But at the end of the day, if you lead with love because you're working on loving yourself, anything is possible. Anything. I do believe that now you can't be blasphemous and think you're gonna be a child of God immediately. No, it takes work, but you can't do it without grace and love and self-compassion. And so I think that's all I have for today. But remember, we love to love people, we are social beings, we are social beings, and you just you have to love yourself first. Lead with gratitude, tell yourself you love yourself because you're all you got, we're that unique, our conscience is that unique, our thoughts are that unique. Genetics are one thing, but you and your thoughts are the number one way to determine whether you're gonna be happy and successful or not. And I've been successful, I feel very successful, I do what I love, but when it came to loving other people, loving to love other people, I wasn't very good because I was unhappy with myself. So that's where this comes from today. This this fired up energy you you hear from me today is I've made mistakes. I hate those mistakes, I don't like them, but I made them for a reason, and the lessons are learned, and therefore, now I want to live a life of integrity and just good character. Leave no doubt, love yourself first so you can love the others with grace and compassion and all their gratitude in the world.
