Good morning everybody and welcome to another episode of 5 minutitos with profit. I'm approaching my 35th Episode and I'm almost at a hundred downloads and it's kind of crazy. I didn't think anything of it. I didn't think there was gonna be a fortune at the end of this. I didn't think there was any downloads. I was just doing it to try something new, and it's this is what you get. You gotta try new efforts, you gotta express yourself. And I don't know, I didn't know this, but I I end up finding myself different avenues as to how I'm maybe I'm helping people or inspiring people, and one of them is that like men don't express themselves so much, and by doing so, maybe my listeners are men who feel the need to express themselves or find a way to get inspired. So I hope that's the case. Uh so today's just more so of like expressing gratitude for the world and the life I live in. I'm on my skateboard again. That one that that podcast episode had a little bit of love. It's my quickest download of podcast ever. And I just feel good. I'm happy to be alive. I've done good things, I've done bad things. It's funny how the bad things always weigh more than the good things that you do. Or like you know you did bad. When I say when you did good, it's like you just hope you did good and the feedback will come, and if there's no feedback, at least you need you have the peace of mind that you did something good for somebody else. So that's nice. I do think we don't tell people we love them enough. I think it's easier to tell your girlfriend you love her than your parents and your mom and your brother and your sister who've sacrificed their whole life for you. Because the thing about siblings that people don't know like that they carry the same emotional burdens that you did, but maybe even in their own way that was heavier on them that they could handle. So protect your siblings, try to have a good relationship. And I know sometimes things are broken. Doesn't mean you can't be fixed. Or discussed. I don't know. I feel love in the air today. And I just want people to feel love as well. It's important. Everybody should feel loved. Everybody should feel good in their skin and their body, even though this world makes it hard to. But yeah, just write a letter to somebody. Feel love. Be loved. Let yourself be loved. There's people that are willing to give it out. Because sometimes we're too stubborn to love somebody. Or let ourselves be loved and embraced by somebody. One thing I want to talk about too is the six-second hug. I don't think we give those enough. Maybe I'll have my team do that today. As a warm-up. You never know. Somebody might need it. You never know. That's it. Love is in the air. Good energy, good vibes. Let's be good to one another. The world's heavy right now, man. The world's heavy. We need more love right now. We need love. We need genuine feeling of gratitude. We need positive energy. We need healing energy. We just need to be good people now more than ever. The world's at war. There are evils to fight. You can only fight it with love. It's the strongest stuff ever. Or so I think. But we need it now more than ever. So I encourage you to text somebody you love them. Call somebody. Write a letter. It's not a joke today. It's not a a good remark by me. Today I mean it. I feel it. Yeah, I almost just cried thinking about it. So you know it's real. Text somebody, tell them you love them, please. Do yourself that favor. Do them that favor. And let's go together. Remember it takes a village, takes community, takes a tribe. But it takes genuine intention and genuine love. Alright. I'm on my skateboard. I feel good. Took a cold plunge this morning.
